Tripathi a management professional (Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2001, NET/UGC (HRM) qualified in 2001 and Doctorate I Human Resource Management from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth in 2007, Varanasi, Dr. Tripathi is a prolific writer having made seminal contribution in the field of management through his publication of Two Books - [1. Principles and Practices of Management, 2. Human Resource Management,] and research papers and national / international seminars on Human Resource Management, Management, Strategic Management and Organisational Behaviour.
