About The Author

Ritwik Haldar has been in active academics for more than a decade in Kolkata. He had rich experience in teaching, writing and political administration. He has written extensively on different areas of management. He has also designed and conducted several programmes for corporate, political and trade union leaders or managers. He has attended and obtained certificates of many UGC sponsored seminars and also completed a project work, "Productivity Improvement for Long Distance Buses - A Transport Management Study in Calcutta State Transport Corporation (CSTC)".

Ritwik Haldar is currently a faculty member of S.A. Jaipuria College, Kolkata under the Calcutta University. He passed his M.Com. (Marketing Management and LL.B. five-year course) examinations from the University of Calcutta. He has also passed postgraduate Diploma in Transport Management from The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (I.I.S.W.B.M.) Kolkata and held first rank in first class. He is also a member of the Hon`ble High Court Bar Association. Ritwik lives in Sonarpur Sahebpara, Kolkata 700 150, India, with his father, wife and only a daughter.
