About The Author

Dr. K. Nirmala, M.Com., Ph.D. from Bangalore University, is a faculty at Baldwin Methodist College for over a period of 10 years. She has taught sybjects in various Commerce and Management areas. She has delivered guest lectures in various Management Institutes. She has attended State, National and International Conferences and presented papers in Marketing and Finance. She has served as discussant at the International Conference organised by the State Montclair University, New Jersey. She is the recipient of the Best paper Award at the National Accouning Conference. Her subjects of interest are Operation Research; Accountancy, Costing and Marketing. Being a profilic writer, she has produced books on Business Mathematics, Statistics and Quantitative Technique.

Prof. H.R. Appannaiah is an erudite scholar and a prolific writer. He has promoted educational institutions and has a teaching experience of over 50 years, serving in the capacity of professor, principal and the director of postgraduate center. He has widely travelled abroad and has presented many research papers in national and international conferences. He has authored over 90 titles on Commerce and Management subjects, catering to the needs of graduate and postgraduate studies in Commerce and Management. He is a member of Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Karnataka and has served as Chairman of Business Education Committee, besides being the member of International Trade Committee, IT Committee and Tourism Committee. He has founded Federation of Teachers` Councils of Commerce and Management in Karnataka to revamp business education. As a Founder President, he has contributed to give a new turn to business education in Karnataka. At the instance of the Federation, Government of Karnataka appointed a high-powered committee to restructure business education in Karnataka for which he was appointed as a member. He has won many laurels for his contribution to business education.

Dr. Anil Kumar, M.Com.,M.Phil.,Ph.D., from Bangalore University, is a Professor and Head of Commerce and Management Department of N.M.K.R.V. College, Bangalore. He has over fifteen years of experience teaching Commerce and Management students. He is specialized in Service Marketing and he is a Guest Faculty for many Management Schools offering M.B.A.Programmes.

He is also an elected Academic Council Member of Banglore University. He has presented number of research papers on Commerce and Management topics in national seminars.
