About The Author

Ms. Sumitha Ayodhya holds the distinction of being a gold medallist at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has done her BA in English Literature and MBA (Marketing Management) from Osmania University. Having started her career as an officer in a Public Sector Bank, she is presently working in the Indian Postal Service. She has published many articles in leading newspapers.

Dr. K. Govinda Bhat, Ph.D. is a seasoned banker with 36 years of experience in different facets of banking. The Author is familiar to undergraduate students in Commerce and Management through his books on Management and Banking. Mr. Bhat was the Principal of the Staff Training College of a nationalized bank for about 6 years. He holds Master Degree in Science, Economics and Management in addition to Doctoral Degree in Banking.
