About The Author

Dr. K. Rajeshwar Rao is a senior professor from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Management of Kakatiya University, Warangal (A.P.) India. He is author of many textbooks in Accounting and Finance to B.Com, BBM, BCA, M.Com, MCA and MBA. He is a reputed academician, widely travelled in and out of India, in particular Canada, USA, UK, Hong Kong and Tailand on scholarships and academic assignments. He is invited by the University of Asmara, Eritrea in South East Africa to take up a senior Faculty position in their Institute of Management, which he may shortly assume after his superannuation in May 2001.

Many doctoratea and M.Phil. degrees are awarded under his guidance. He is a member of several academic bodies. His research publications in many national and international journals received appreciations in academic circles.
