About The Author

Mr. I. A. Saiyed is practicing advocate for the last 37 years. He is also the Public Notary appointed by the Government of Maharashtra for the local area of Greater Mumbai.

He has a flair for teaching and has been teaching law subjects for the last 20 years. Presently, he is the visiting faculty member of the New Law College-Ruparel College and the Jitendra Chowhan Law College-Mithi Bai College of Mumbai.
