About The Author

Dr. Rakesh Belwal is the faculty member in the Department of Management Studies of Kumaun University. He is a gold medalist in PGDBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow with Marketing and Systems as specializations. He has obtained Masters Degree in Economics from Kumaun university, Nainital by securing first position in the merit list of the University. A Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication is the addition qualification that he uses to harness for the developmental concerns. A Considerable number of research papers, his Ph. D work and Industrial Experience in the area of information technology have provided him sufficient insight to contribute to this text.

Mrs. Shweta Pande is a faculty of E-Commerce in the Centre of Vocational Studies of Kumaun University at Nainital. She holds a master’s degree in Management with distinction. HNC Diploma from NIIT adds to her qualification in the area of Information Technology.

Dr. N. S. Bisht is currently Professor & Head in the Department of Commerce, Kumaun University, Nainital. Prior to this, he was Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies in the same university. He has rich academic background and has teaching experience of more than 25 years in post graduate courses. He has presented number of papers at the national and international conferences and has contributed many research papers, articles in journals of national repute. Besides this, he has five other books to his credit. Dr. Bisht has guided many research scholars and projects in the field of Commerce & Management. He is member of many academic and professional bodies.
