About The Book

Business Law has emerged as one of the interesting subjects for the management professionals, practicing advocates, chartered accountants, corporate executives and regulators during the last two decades. This is due to the fact of extensive economic liberalization and globalization of the economics across the world. The growing importance of analyzing the legal impact of various business decisions vis-a-vis huge cost of litigation in the event of breach of laws or contracts entered into by the business houses have also given much impetus for the subject of business Law.

Finally I delicate this book to the student`s fraternity who not only enrich the knowledge base of the professors like me but also enable professors to be updated for a meaningful dialogue with ever demanding students on dynamic subject like `Business Law`.
