Dr. T. Pradeep Kumar is Assistant Professor, St. Paul`s M.Ed. College, Affiliated to Bangalore University, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He got Educational Qualifications such as M.A., M.Ed., M.Phil, UGC-NET, PGDELT, PGDHE, CIT (Srilanka), Ph.D. He is Member of Editorial board for: Review Journal of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Research Journal of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Modern Education Research in India. He was awarded 4thRank in M.Ed. by Bangalore University in the year 2005-06. He has received Prof. M.A. Hakim Memorial Award of Best Educational Researcher by Indian Psychometric and Educational Research Association, Patna 2009. Received "Best Research Paper Award" in National Conference organized by Christ College of Education, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, 2009. He was honoured "Best Asian Admirable Achievers" by Rifacimento International, New Delhi, 2010. He has received "Bharat Excellence Award" and "Bharat Yogyata Award" from Friendship Forum of India, New Delhi, 2010. He has visited University of Strathclyde, Scotland (UK), Open University of Sri Lanka, Colombo, University of Jaffna, Srilanka and presented a research paper in conference. He has organized national level workshop on Educational Research & SPSS Training Programme, Bangalore, Karnataka, 2011 He has published 13 books in India and abroad, published 40 thematic and research articles in the National and International Journals. He has presented 45 thematic and research papers in National and International conferences.

Dr. M.S.Talawar is presently working as a Professor in Education and Director -UGC-Academic Staff College, Bangalore University, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He has 31 years of teaching experience in the field of education.

He has published 12 books and 25 articles in the National Journals, presented 45 Thematic and Research Papers in National and International Conferences and has organized 14 different National level Programmes. Guided 100 M.Ed. dissertation students, 22 M.Phil. Students, 12 Ph.D. Scholars. He visited Philippines Under UGC Sponsored Cultural Exchange Programme to Undertake a Research on "A Comparative Study of Elementary Teacher Training Programme in India and Philippines", during 1997.
