About The Author

Dr. Biswanath Ghosh is an Economics and besides being a Ph.D., he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations and a Diploma in Marketing. He was a Facaulty Member of the Department of Commerce and Management of the Burdwan University. At present he is the Dean of Studies of International Institute of Management Sciences, Kolkata. He is a visiting professor of leading Management Institutes of Kolkata.

Dr. Ghosh is the recipient of the National Gold Medal from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. 14 Scholars obtained Ph.D. degree under his supervision. He has written as many as 10 Textbooks on Management Subjects.
