B.Com (Hons.), M.Com., LL.B., M.A. (Econs.), Ph.D., CIC, D.Litt (U.S.A.) has a brilliant academic record. He has published nearly ninety papers in numerous prestigious professional journals. He worked in the National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi as an interviewer.    He has undertaken many research projects sponsored by the University Grants Commission and Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi.
