Ms. Ashima V. Deshmukh, Associate Professor at Smt. Kapila Khandvala College of Education, Santacruz, (university of Mumbai), since 1992 having completed 18 years in this college.

The subjects taught by her at B.Ed are Philosophical and Sociological Foundations of Education, Educational Management, Environmental Education, Computers in Educati0on, Action Research, and Psychology of the Learner and Learning.

She is Visiting Faculty to B.Ed. Colleges for curriculum enhancement in several areas of teacher education and in PG in Education. Also PG-Counsellor and Research Guide for M.A. (Education)-University of Mumbai. Actively involved in the major of preparing open learning resources and learning the use of them in the subjects of physics and environmental science. Now, working on open education resources and free / open sources software for ICT in Education.

Dr. Anuj P. Naik, Assitant Professor at K.J.Somaiya Comprehenssive College of Education Research and Training, Vidyavihar, Mumbai University. Also PG - Corodinator and PG-Counsellor for M.A. (Education), YCMOU. She is B.Sc., M.A. (Education), YCMOU. She is B.Sc., M.A., M.Ed., Ph.D. And University. She has successfully guided 12 M.Ed. / M.A. (Ed.) dissertations. She has presented and published five research papers at National and International levels. She has won both national and international awards in her experimental research papers. She has been teaching the Management subject to B.Ed. And PGDME students of K.J.Somaiya College of Education affiliated to Mumbai University. She has been teaching Management subject at PG-Level as visiting faculty to the College affiliated to Mumbai University, and North Maharashtra University.
