About The Author

R. Krishnamoorthy has been in Management field for over 30 years. He was the National Sales Manager, Sandoz Agro Division and General Manager (HR) Syngenta, Mumbai. He has been teaching in Management Institute for the last 10 years and has written twenty five articles and three books on Marketing and HR. He has been associated as paper Setter, Examiner and Moderator of Management Examinations.

Widely travelled in the rural areas of the country, he has gained practical knowledge in the field of Rural Marketing. A Graduate in Agriculture, he holds a Master`s Degree in Marketing Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR. At present he is engaged in consulting, writing and teaching in Management Institute in Mumbai.

Prof. Nitin C. Kamat, B.E. (Elect.) has done his Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering (COEP), Pune University in 1973. He has professional experience of over 35 years mostly in MNC like ICIM, Tata Honeywell, Bharat Electronics etc.

He has served International Computers Indian Manufacture (ICIM) for seventeen years. During the tenure of his working at IC1M, he had worked in multidiscipline areas like engineering, planning, quality control and R&D.

He had worked in many software companies for six years on domestic and overseas projects and involved in MIS and ERP implementation.

He is instrumental in developing various educational modules of Welingkar Distance Education such as Audio e-learning CDs, Video recording of lectures for Welingkar DLP Website Digital Library.

He has written books on E-Commerce, Internet Marketing, Enterprise Solutions and IT for Construction for Welingkar DLP.

At present, in addition to his own consultancy, he is visiting faculty and involved in imparting trainings at various reputed Management Institutes in Pune like Symbiosis Institute of Management (UG), N.Wadia, IMDR etc.

Mr. Chinmay Nitin Kamat is a post graduate in Management with a professional experience of 12 years in the areas of Sales and Marketing. Human Resources, and Training and Development. He practically applies the concepts of "Lateral Thinking", "WOW" Experience, Andragogy (Adult Learning Techniques), Synergogy (Systematic Approach to Learning in Terms), Transformative Learning and Experiential Training in his workshops.

He is a young enthusiastic and highly praised consultant with strong understanding of soft skills and has been able to show tangible improvement in people performance through interventions. Chinmay believes in bringing life to his trainings by providing a wide array of real-life corporate examples, stories and anecdotes picked up from his experience in the industry.
