About The Author

Dr. R. Francis is a Professor of the Post-graduate Department of Commerce, N.M. Christian College, Marthandam, Tamil Nadu. He has 27 years of teaching experience in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. He guides the students at M.Phil. and Ph.D. levels in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, South India. He has authored 38 research papers published in national and international journals. He has also published the books Business Environment and Principles of Marketing to meet the requirements of students and faculties of Indian Universities.
