About The Author

Dr. Elizabeth George is with DDUKK, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). She has served as the Head of Department in the Department of Management Studies, Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kalady and Department of Business Administration (MBA), MES College, Marampally, Aluva. She is a postgraduate in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Madras. She holds a Ph.D. in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). She did her M.Phil. in Management from Bharathiar University. She has more than two decades of teaching experience at postgraduate level.

She has published more than 35 articles in nationally and internationally refereed journals including Thomson Reuters Indexed and Scopus Indexed journals; and has chaired several national and international seminars. She is the author of two books Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction in Banking Sector (co-authored), Palgrave Macmillan Publication and Effectiveness of Employee Training Programme. She is also the Review Committee Member of several national/international journals.
