About The Author

Dr. T.  Frank Sunil Justus is Chemical Engineer and served as a Senior Engineer (plant in charge) at Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited. He is presently an Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University. His area of specialisation includes story based case writing and corporate training. His focus areas are Strategic Management, Advertising Management, Organisational and Consumer Behaviour. He has a natural quest for things of business interest and the various twists and turns that take place in business arena. A student focused teacher, he was the co-ordinator of AUDBA Quest, National level management meet of DNA, AU for the past seven years and is involved in training of students for man meets. His doctoral work was on `Labour Management in Rubber Plantations of Kanayakumari District`.

Dr. J. Tamilselvi is Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration, Annamalai University. She is heading the project committee that co-ordinates and assists the students in carrying out summer projects in various companies. Her focus areas include Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Management and Soft Skill Development. She is a person with a keen interest on students` developmental activities. She has an inclination towards training and research related activities. She was a co-ordinator of National Level Management Meet SVAYAMBAZ of DBA, AU for 3 years and is involved in preparing students for management events. Her doctoral work was on `Information Cue Effects and Price Perceptions on Product Evaluation`.
