About The Author

Dr. S. Shajahan MBA, Ph.D., is a panel member Board of Technical Examinations, DTE and also working as a panel consultant of Government of Kerala since 1997. An original thinker and prolific writer Dr.S.Shajahan has contributed a lot to the development of Indian Management through more than 30 articles / papers published in different journals of national and international repute. His professional life divides beteween teaching, writing and consultancy.

Dr. S. Shajahan has American Biographical Institute, South Carolina USA has listed Dr.S. Shajahan under the most successful academicians in their millennium edition of directory Distinguished Leadership in 2000.

Dr. S. Shajahan is a visiting faculty of half a dozen Management Institutes in India. He is also served as Member, Inspection Commission for affiliation of new courses / colleges, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Dr.S.Shajahan is also listed as panel examiner of University of Madras for MBA (SS) and resource person for Madurai Kamaraj University MBA (DLP) courses since 1998.
