The second part (four chapters) deals with specific areas, such as farming, banking, etc., where the cooperative system could be implemented for the betterment of the community, and the third (six chapters) with edcuation and training in Co-operation, economic development and establishment of a co-operative commonwealth for the benefit of humanity.
