About The Author

Dr. Seema Joshi is currently working with North Maharashtra University Jalgaon (MS) India, as an Associate Professor. She has a keen interest in international issues particularly, Strategic & Marketing Management. She has conducted workshop at National Hotel & Tourism Institute, Sana`a, Yemen on Hotel & Tourism Marketing. She has also delivered lectures at CETYS University, Mexico. She has delivered lectures at Educational Media Research Centre, University of Pune, for countrywide classroom. National & International students are pursuing their Ph.D. work under her guidance. She has to her credit extensive published work in national & international journals & has attended national & international conferences.

Dr. Sameer Narkhede is a faculty at Department of Management Studies, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (M.S). His interest areas include Systems, M.I.S., E-Commerce and Entrepreneurship. He completed his doctorate in Management Information Systems applicable to higher learning institutions. His book titled “Challenges of Higher Education in India” is a well accepted one.

Dr. Anil Dongre is a Head & Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (MS). His subject includes International Business and Finance. His research interest is in the study of incidental aspects of globalisation. His thorough study about the globalisation makes him to present papers in international conferences in Dubai & Turkey. He has number of research papers published in national & international journals to his credit.
