Prof. A.Y. Waghale is a very senior and a highly experienced teacher of Chemistry, teaching to undergraduate classes. He has specialised in coaching the students for entrance examinations like PMT, SEEE, AIPMT, AIEEE, IIT-Jee, etc. His rich experience in the field has its own reflections in the present book.

He has retired, some ten years back, after a fruitful service of 37 years, as a teacher of Chemistry.

He has been associated with various workshops, seminars, discussions, etc., on the subject, organised by different authorities of RTM Nagpur University and Maharashtra Government. He was associated with various activities organised by the University for Betterment of teaching of Chemistry to undergraduate classes.

The author has put his soul into this book to make it up-to-date and acceptable to the students as well as the teachers of the subject.

Dr. Renu Wasu (Sarode) is a young and experienced teacher of Chemistry. She has obtained her Master`s Degree in Organic Chemistry and has also done Ph.D. in Chemistry. She is currently working as a lecturer in Chemistry in Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai. She is having twelve years of teaching experience at degree college and also five years at postgraduate at university level. She has authored three books and published 21 national and international research papers. She has attended various national and international conferences, seminars and teaching workshops. She carried the same zeal and potential, like her father (Prof. V.K. Wasu author for many books), to impart her best knowledge to the students.
