About The Author

Dr. Zenobia Dumasia is presently a Reader in History at Elphinstone College, Mumbai, where she has been teaching for the last twentyfive years. She has published a number of articles on various aspects of Parsi history in several books and journals. This work is based on her doctoral dissertation which was completed in 1987.
