Usha Ajithkumar has more than 20 years of teaching experience in schools and teacher training colleges. She has throughout been a meritorious student and is currently pursuing her Ph. D. in Human Rights. She has a large number of educational articles to her credit. She has a passion for the subject of Human Rights. She is currently a teaching faculty at Hansraj Jivandas College of Educational, Mumbai.
