About The Author

Prof. D.K. Chatterejee obtained his post graduation in commerce as well as law from Calcutta. He enrolled for Costing with the institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India, Calcutta, but before completing the final examination switched over to company secretaryship. He qualified as an incorporated secretary from the Institute of Incorporated Secretaries, which is merged with and now is known as Chartered Secretaries, London.

Prof. Chatterjee has been taken Diploma in Organizations and Method as well as a Diploma in Taxation from Bombay.

After a short shiny of lectureship in Accountancy and Practice as an advocate in Calcutta, Prof. Chatterjee joined the private sector and travelled too many places in connection with his work. He has experience as a Senior Manager in Accounts and Finance for long period in Multinational Company and achieved the distinction of reviving sick units also through BIFR as an employee as well as Consultant.

Prof. Chatterjee rejoined teaching profession and has been teaching in various management institutes like Symbiosis, ICFAI, IIMM, IBMR, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Indira, Sancheti Hospital, etc. since 1995.
