About The Author

Prof. Dr. S. Ravishankar is a well-known senior HR and Organizational Behaviour specialist. He has worked at senior/top management levels, both in academic institutions and industry.

He was senior faculty with College of Applied Science (MOHE), ICT, Oman; Professor at Abu Dhabi University; Al-Kharj University, Saudi Arabia; and Professor & Head of School of Business and Logistics, University of Bolton, UAE Campus. Earlier, he was Director and Professor at B-Schools and Professor at NITIE (Govt. of India), Mumbai. He has also rich experience as Dy. General Manager (HRD) at AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd., and ISPAT Industries Ltd., Maharashtra.

He has large number of books and papers published to his credit. He has conducted large number of corporate training programs and is a member of many professional bodies like ISTD, ISTE, IIPA, BPC, etc. He was also honored with various academic awards including the ISTD Fellow for outstanding contributions in the field of HRD.

Dr. Harbans Lal Kaila, earned Masters degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Doctorate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, is a retired Professor of Organizational Psychology with 39 years of professional experience, published books/articles and participated in national/international conferences. He pioneered BBS training in India, conducted <1000 BBS workshops in India/abroad and is a member expert panel for National Safety Council. He served the Central Labour Institute, Ministry of Labour for 10 years and as a Professor at the SNDT Womens University for 18 years at Mumbai. Dr. Jacob Cherian, is a Faculty in Management at COBA, Abu Dhabi University, UAE. He has worked in various positions such as Chairman of Marketing Department, CBA, Jeddah, KSA, Head of the Department of Commerce, Rizvi College, Mumbai, India. He has diversified experiences as R&D Manager, HRD Manager in various industries. He has also worked as HRD and Export Consultant. He has attained the Masters Degrees of M.Com, MSW, MBA, M.Phil, and also Ph.D. in Business Management. He has participated and presented research papers in various conferences. He has authored few books.
