About The Author

Dr. Rajendra P. Das is Reader in Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Business Management since 1992. He started his career in Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur as a faculty in PM & IR, before joining School of Studies in Commerce and Management, Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year, 1989. Dr. Das obtained his Ph.D. in management from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. He was a participant in Faculty Development Programme in Management (FDPM) conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad during the year 1994-95. He is an author of two books - Handbook for Managerial Recruitment and Selection and Management of Industrial Relations. He has also published more than 30 papers in various Indian Journals.
