About The Author

Mrs. S. Sumathi is M.A. in Psychology as well as Master degree holder in Marketing Management (MM), besides holding a Post-Graduate Diploma in Digital Electronics and Computer Applications. She is also associated with Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India (SIRC). She had already coauthored four books viz. Legal Systems in Business, Management Control Systems, International Marketing and Production and Materials Management.

P. Saravanavel (b. 1946) is a Professor of Management Studies in S.R.M. Engineering College. Prior to joining this college he served in Pachaiyappa`s College (1968-1976) in Madras and Sri Pushpam College at Poondi (1976-1990). He earned his post graduate and research degrees from the University of Madras. He has over 25 years of teaching experience in Accounting, Finance, Law etc., to the students M.Com, M.B.A. and M.Phil. Courses. He has authored and coauthored more than twenty books.
