Prof. Vijay B. Dhole is working as an Assistant Professor in the STE`S Sinhgad Institute of Business Administration and Research Pune. Prior to this he was working with Bharati universities Institutes.

He has 20 years of experience in various organizations in India and abroad including RCCL (USA) and teaching experience as well. He has presented research papers in National and International conference organized across the country including IIM`S. He has also published book on `Industrial Relations and Trade Union Movements. ` He is currently pursing his PhD from Tilak Maharashtra University.

Bhushan Pednekar - MMS(OP), MPM, DMM, DHRD, DBM, ADCSSAA, B. Sc. (Physics)

Prof. Bhushan Pednekar working as Lecturer in Tilak Maharashtra Vidhyapeeth (MBA). He has 11 years industrial experience in Tata Motors, Safari Industries and other industries and 4 years experience in teaching.

He has presented research papers in National and International Conferences organized across the country.
