About The Author

Dr. R.R. Kulkarni Is working as a professor in Management in Bharatesh Education Trust`s Global Business School, Belgaum since June, 2009. He is having more than 18 years` teaching experience and 5 year of administration experience as a Director of MBA Institute. He has a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management and he has authored more than 10 national level research papers and 4 international level research papers. He has bagged best research paper award two times in international conference. And 3 of his papers are published in journals with high impact factor.

Mr. Bharat B. Alasandi Is a Librarian of Bharatesh Education Trust`s Global Business School, Belgaum and has 4 years` experience in the field of Library and Information Science. He has completed Master of Library and Information Science from Karnatak Univerisity Dhanwad. His area of Interests includes Knowledge Management, classification, Automation, creating a Digital Repositories and web designing. He has attended various workshops, Conference, and Seminars in the area of Library and Information Science.

Mrs. Swatee Jog Is a Training and Placement Officer in Bharatesh Education Trust`s Global Business School, Belgaum and has more than 7 years` industrial experience in the field of HR and Brand Management. Dr. A.B. Kalkundrikar Is a Professor at MBA Department of Rani Channamma University, Belgaum. He has more than 40 years` experience in the field of Commerce, Economics, and Management Education. He is a Gold Medalist in M.A. (Economics) from Karnatak University, Dharwad and has Ph.D. in Commerce. He is research guide of various universities and authored 15 books and more than 30 research articles. He served as the Principal of Gogte College of Commerce, Belgaum and Director, KLS Institute of Management Education & Research, Belgaum. He is a member of All India Association, New Delhi and academic bodies of various Universities.
