About The Author

Dr. K. Venugopal Rao did his MBA from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and Ph. D. From S. V. University, Tirupathi 1984 and 1993 respectively. Dr. Rao has participated in Faculty Development Programme at IIM, Ahmedabad during 1992-93. He was over twenty years of MBA. Teaching experience. Currently he is the Professor at Sri Krishnadevaraya Institute of Management, S. K. University, Anantapur. He has attended various National and International Seminars and Conferences in which he presented papers. He has successfully completed many UGC projects. He is a prolific writer. He has a few books and many publications to his credit. Dr. Rao has travelled extensively in U.S.A. and Canada. He has been the visiting faculty for many Universities and Management Institutions in India.
