Dr. Debasish Biswas is presently serving as an Assistant Professor (Stage-III) in the Department of Business Administration, Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, India. He has been awarded Ph.D. degree in Commerce in 2011 by the University of North Bengal and M.Phil in Commerce from Periyar University in the year 2008. He obtained his M.Com. in 2000 and MBA (HR) in 2002 from Burdwan University. Dr. Biswas obtained Diploma in Labour Laws, Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Management from Annamalai University. He qualified UGC NET in Human Resource Management. He is having post-graduate teaching experience of more than 12 years. Dr. Biswas is a prolific researcher. He has authored 71 research papers in National and International journals of repute, and has presented 91 research papers in various National as well as International Seminars. He has authored 22 books in the domain of Management. He has also contributed 20 chapters in various edited books. He received Best Business Academic of the Year Award - 2016 (Gold Medal) at the 69th All India Commerce Conference organized by Lucknow University, Lucknow. He also received Bharat Vikas Award in 2018 by Institute of Self Reliance, Odisha. He has successfully guided 10 Ph.D. scholars.

Mr. Dipanjan Moitra presently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, University of North Bengal, West Bengal from August, and 2010. He is pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of North Bengal. Mr. Moitra obtained his MCA. Mr. Moitra also qualified UGC-NET in the field of computer science in the year 2012. He is having Post-Graduate teaching experience of more than five years. Mr. Moitra is prolific researcher. He has contributed more than 20 research papers in different interdisciplinary areas of Management and IT in different National Seminars and Conferences. He has authored 07 research papers in National and International journals of repute.
