Ms. Neelam S. Bhargava did her PGDM in Human Resource Management from IMT Nagpur in year 2009 and MBA from MDU, Rohtak. She is pursuing Ph.D. from jagannath University, Jaipur. She has also cleared UGC-NET in area of Labour Welfare and Human Resource Management. Currently, She is working as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad. Prior to this, she worked with Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research (DSPSR), Delhi for two years from July 2009 to June 2011. Team Building and leadership is her research interest area which made her to write this book. She is actively involved in research work. She has presented several papers in National/International seminars and conference including one at IIM, Ahmedabad. She has also published her papers in various National / International journals.

Mr. Gaurav Bhargava did his PGDM in Marketing Management from IMT Nagpur in the year 2009. He has experience in both academics and corporate, Currently, he is working with Syndicate Bank as an assistant Manager, Marketing. Leadership is the area which attracts him which made him to explore more about the subject matter. He has presented several papers in National / International seminars and conferences including one at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has also published papers in various National / International journals.
