This GUIDE CUM WORKBOOK is based on the book ENGLISH MADE EASY prescribed by Osmania University for students pursuing the First year (Semester I) Under Graduate course. It is a user-friendly one. About The Author

Jayashree Murthy, spent her early childhood in Trivendrum (Kerala) and completed Matriculation from The Convent of Good Shepherd, Chennai. She went on to complete her Bachelors and Masters in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Chennai. This was followed by M.Phil. in Literature from Osmania University.

She has close to 35 years of experience as a Lecturer, Content Developer, Curriculum Desigtner and Trainer. CIEFL, ICFAI and EThames Degree College have contributed significantly to her professional growth. Communication skills, Employability skills, Soft skills and teaching are very close to her heart. Mentoring, Counselling and Interacting with students also interests her.

Her interest in Psychology, travelling, and meeting people keep her occupied.
