About The Book

It gives great pleasure to present this book titled, 'All in One Multiple Choice Questions' for MBA Semester - I as per Revised Syllabus of 2016 Pattern of SPPU to our intelligent and dynamic students of MBA Programme.

As per revised syllabus, one of the components of student evaluation for full credit course is online examination. This examination is conducted for 20 marks. The question paper contains 20 multiple choice questions for the respective course. The syllabus for the exam is all five units of the full credit course.

About The Author

Dr. Abhijit R. Mancharkar, has three degrees to his credit namely – B.E. (Electronics), MBA (Marketing) and Ph.D. (Marketing). He has an enriched experience of more than 24 years including 6 years of corporate experience and 18 years of teaching experience. His area of expertise includes marketing management and research methodology. He has a valuable experience in teaching, research, administration and quality enhancement. As a resourceful teacher, he has always used innovative pedagogy in making education more meaningful, understandable, interesting and outcome-oriented. He is presently working as Director in All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Societys (AISSMS) Institute of Management (IOM), Pune. He has focused on quality initiatives, sustenance and enhancement for overall growth and development of the institute. Under his dynamic leadership, the Institute has received the prestigious A+ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of India. He has contributed in curriculum revision, examination and other administrative committees at university level. He is a recognized Ph.D. guide under Faculty of Commerce and Management of Savitribai Phule Pune University. As a resource person, he has contributed in many seminars and conferences. His research papers and cases are published in reputed national and international journals. He has successfully completed few sponsored research and consultancy projects. Dr. Shriprakash G. Soni is an approved Associate Professor of Savitribai Phule Pune University formerly known as the University of Pune, presently working in Suryadatta Institute of Business Management & Technology (SIBMT), Pune. His Educational Qualifications are Ph.D., M.Phil., M.Com., MCM, MBS, MBA, DBM, PGDFT, PGDMLM, PGDFS and GDC&A. He has also qualified NET in Commerce. He is a recognized Ph.D. Guide in Financial Management and Business Administration at Savitribai Phule Pune University and 6 students are pursuing their Ph.D. under his guidance. He has over 13 years of full-time teaching experience.

He has teaching competencies in the courses of Management Accounting, Financial Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Financial Regulatory Framework, Financial System of India-Markets and Services, Human Resource Accounting, Advanced Financial Management, Strategic Cost Management, International Finance, etc.

He has presented and published 9 Research Papers in different National and International Conferences. Besides, 22 Research Papers are published in different International Journals having high impact factor. He has also authored 16 books in the field of Management.

He is a life member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA), MTC Global (Management Teachers Consortium), Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) and Member of Indian Academicians and Researchers Association (IARA), India, etc.

She has 9 years of full-time reaching experinece. She has completed B.E. (Production) and MBA with HRM specialization. She has presented and published 8 Reserach Papers in different National and International Conferences and International Journals with good impact factors. Prof. Desai has also attended several Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. She attended 15 days Faculty Development Programme at BIT MESRA at Ranchi and other renowned institutions. She has contributed MCQs for the subject Organizational Behaviour (OB).

Prof. Amey S. Joshi is working as an Assistant Professor for Post Graduate Students of Management in MAEERS, MIT College of Engineerings Centre for Management Studies and Research, Pune and an approved faculty of Savitribai Phule Pune University formerly known as University of Pune. He has 5 years of full-time teaching experience. Prof. Joshi has 5 years of experience in Life Insurance industry. The experience is in Sales and Training. He is an Associate of Life Insurance from Insurance Institute of India. He has conducted various behavioural trainings in industry as well as educational institutes. He is B.E. in Production Engineering and M.B.A. in Marketing Management. He has contributed MCQs for the subject Basics of Marketing (BOM).

Prof. Rohini Sawalkar-Saxena is working as an Assistant Professor for Post Graduate Students of Management in MAEERS, MIT College of Engineerings Centre for Management Studies and Research, Pune and an approved faculty of Savitribai Phule Pune University formerly known as University of Pune. She has total 6 years of full-time teaching experience. She has at her credit tow degrees, i.e., Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration.
