As the adage goes business cannot live in vacuum, it needs to breathe fresh air in the form of contracts, agreements and so on. No doubt communication can easily achieve all that which is predetermined by us and helps us to reach the target with ease. Further it is definitely not an easy task to realize the promotions into actual, it needs a great amount of effort with systematic approach which can transfer an ordinary employee into an in valuable assets of an organization. One should have tremendous amount of communication skill and strength to implement the same at different levels to achieve the required amount of efficiency.
Communication is successful only if it is two ways, one should be a good listener and observer then only he can be a good advisor. What is basically needed here is to understand and grasp the essential knowledge; our present book on Managerial communication mainly aims at this direction, the work concentrate not only on theoretical aspect managerial communication.
