About The Author

Dr. Sanjeeb Kumar Dey (Born in 1982) M.Com., MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), UGC-NET, Ph.D. is currently working as Assistant Professor in Commerce, Ravenshaw University, Odisha. Before joining to the University, he joined Odisha Education Service (OES) as Lecturer in Commerce at Khallikote Junior College, Berhampur, Odisha in 2011. He has also served in diffident positions in DRDO (Min. of Defence) and NESCO Ltd. for more than six years. He did his Masters degree and Ph.D. from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha in 2004 and 2012 respectively. Dr. Dey authored two books and more than 46 research papers international and national journals of repute.

Dr. Abhaya Kumar Panda (Born in 1954) M.Com., MBA, Ph.D. is now working as the Director, Balasore College of Engineering and Technology, Balasore, Odisha.  He did his M.Com. from Utkal University, Odisha in 1975 and Ph.D. in 2001. He joined Odisa Education Services (College Branch) as Faculty Member in Commerce in 1976.  Dr. Panda authored thirteen books and published more than 80 research articles in various national and international journals of repute. He has more than 36 years of teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate level.  Seventeen Scholars have already awarded Ph.D. under his guidance and six more are still working. Apart from this, Dr. Panda worked  as Principal, Fakir Mohan Autonomous College, as Controller of Examinations and officiated as the Register of University (2002-2006) with distinction in Fakir Mohan University, Odisha.  Dr. Panda is the life member of Odisha Commerce Association, Indian Commerce Association and Indian Accounting. 

Dr. Ch. Sudipta Kishore Nanda is Ph.D., M.Com., MBA, LL.B. and obtained his Ph.D. in Commerce from Utkal University, Odisha, India in 2014. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. He has more than sixteen years of teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He has also worked as guest faculty at Utkal University, Vanivihar; Amity Global University, Odisha; Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, Bhubaneswar and Institute of Hotel Management, Bhubaneswar. He has contributed 27 research papers published in National and International Journals. He is a reviewer, a member of editorial board of different national and international journals and a pro-active editor of The Management Page, a bi-annual journal. He is a life member of All Orissa Commerce Association, All India Commerce Association and All India Accounting Association.
