About The Author

S.C. Sahoo, M.Com., Ph.D. has been in the academics for the last 40 years. Prof. Sahoo, after serving for 22 years in Orissa Education Service (OES) joined as an Associate Professor in Marketing in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIM-B). Then he served in the Dept. of Business Administration, Berhampur University and Utkal University for about fourteen years. He has guided 20 research scholars for their Ph.D. degree in Commerce and Management. He has authored a number of books on Salesmanship, Services Marketing, Insurance and Office Management.

After superannuation in 2001, Prof. Sahoo has been a Consulting Professor to a number of B-schools in Orissa. He teaches Marketing Management, Strategic Management, and Insurance Management to MBA students.
