Dr. Kirti Dang Longani, is working as an Associate Professor in SEFs suryadatta Institute of Management, Pune and has approval of 9 years as a faculty of Savitribai Phule Pune University formerly known as the University of Pune. She has 11 years of full-time teaching experience and 3 years of industrial experience. She has completed Ph.D., M.Phil., MBA (Marketing and HR), BHMS, ND. She has presented and published more than 25 research papers in different national and international conferences with ISBN / ISSN and good impact factors. She has also written book on virtual Marketing for MBA students of SDLE. Dr. Kirti has also attended sevaral seminars, workshops, conferences and faculty development programmes in IIM, Ahmedabad, IIM Kolkata, IIT Delhi, IIM Indore and other renowned institutions and Universities in India and abroad. She has been resource person in many State Universities in India and abroad for FDP and seminars. She is also resource person for Ph.D. research course work for Punjab Technical University, Jalandar. Dr. Kirti has worked as Convener for various workshops and Conference Secretary for a national conference. She is content writer in several magazines. She is also member of many social organizations in Pune and Sangamner. She has taken initiative for international collaborations for students exchange and faculty exchange program and joint research publications and international conferences. She achieved Maharashtra Gaurav Award in Pune on 22nd Novermber 2015 by Shri Sai Pratishtan, Pune and Lions Club of Nagar road, Pune for work done in education in Akole tribal area.

Prof. Khushali Oza is working as HOD of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at SEFs Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication. She is an approved Assistant Professor of Savitribai Phule Pune University formally known as University of Pune with Finance specialization. With 11 years of teaching experience, her educational qualifications include M.Com., M.Phil., UGC NET (Commerce) and CA (Inter). She has published four text books for T.Y.B.Com. in the year 2010 and written ten research papers published in two international and eight national recognized journals with good impact factors. She has received the Best Faculty Award in the year 2010 and 2011 from MIT MAEERs Arts, Commerce and Science College, Pune. She has been invited for guest lectures and as a judge at various business quiz competitions organized by University of Pune, Department of Commerce and MIT School of Business. She has successfully organized and hosted many seminars and workshops.
