About The Author

Dr. Biswa Mohana Jena, M.Com., M.Phil., UGC Net, CA Inter, LL.B., PGDRD.

He is currently Head, Department of Commerce and Economics in Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (A Government Lead) College, Sambalpur. He has worked as Assistant Professor of Finance in National Law University, Cuttack and Lecturer in Department of Rural Development, Ravenshaw University. He had experience of teaching in IMIT, Ravenshaw Junior College, SB Womens College, JKBK College, IGNOU, Ravenshaw University (Department of IMBA, Department of ITM, and Commerce) for the last 8 years. His keen areas of interest are Auditing, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Statistics, Financial Management, Principles of Management, Corporate Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Business Law and Human Resource Management. He has 30 research publications in international journals and presented 40 research papers in national and international forum. He is a vivid writer and has already authored 10 books. He is also Awarded Fellowship by World Business Institute, Australia for academic research activities and body of knowledge. He is also a State Level Rajiv Gandhi Prativa Puraskar Awardee and Rashtriya Nirman Award by NRI Welfare Society, India for distinguished work towards nation as a social worker.

Prof. Sanjay Kumar Satapathy had started the career as a Lecturer in Commerce in  Cuttack College in 1984. Sailing successfully through Gopabandhu Science College, Athgarh; Evening College, Rourkela; Government College, Bhawanipatna; FM College, Balasore; MPC College, Baripada; Rama Devi Womens College, Bhubaneswar; He is now serving at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. He has specialised interest in QT, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Co-operative Management, Tribal Economy, HRM, HRA, Entrepreneurship, MIS, MSMEs, Culture and Development, Time and Stress Management, Happiness Economics and Media Management. A Ph.D. in Development of Tribal Economy through Co-operatives: A Study on LAMPS of Kalahandi, Prof. Satapathy has guided 12 Ph.Ds., written more than 40 research papers and attended more than 60 seminars / conferences (Regional / State / National / International) in commerce and Management. Bestowed with a  number of awards/honours. He is awarded HIND RATNA for contribution to Education, Society and Culture by NRI Welfare Society and Government of India in  2015. Popular as a spiritual thinker and a Kizenic personality, his pursuit  of  developing learning techniques and grooming students in innovative style makes him a distinguished teacher in Commerce and Management.
