Dr. Anand B. Dadas is Director and Professor at Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research. He is associated with this institute since 1998. He has been nominated by Hon. Vice Chancellor as a Member, Board of Studies, Human Resource Management, Savitribai Phule Pune University for 7 years. He has total 18 years of experience out of which 12 years in academic, research, and extension activities for M.B.A. and Research programmes in Savitribai Phule Pune University. He holds very prominent positions on various administrative committees as Head, Post Graduate Research Centre (PGRC) at Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies & Research. He has rendered his services as Director for GDPI center, CAP Director for MBA, PGDBM and MBS Programme of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is Member, Board of Studies, Savitribai Phule Pune University (since 2008), Member, Faculty Council, various institutions (since 2012), Member, National Eligibility Test (NET) Evaluation Panel of University Grants Commission (UGC), Nodal Officer, Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi (2014-15), Student Welfare Officer for 4 years. His area of interest is teaching subjects like Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Labour Welfare, Training & Development, Research Methodology and related Management subjects. He is also doing Consultancy and rendering his expertise as corporate trainer to corporate houses and international companies. His versatile expertise has an extraordinary exposure in his field. He visits Higher Education Institutes as a Speaker and Expert Committees member to guide for institution building. Dr. Smita A. Kumbhar is currently working as Associate Professor at Siddhant Institute of Business Management, Chakan. She has total experience of 14 years, out of those three years in industry and eleven years in academics. She has done her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management. Her area of interest are Organisational Behaviour, Principles & Practices of Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Training & Development, Strategic HRM and Labour Laws. She has attended many seminars and conferences and has presented four research papers. Her ten papers are also published in National and International Journals. She is paper setter for MMM and MBS. Served as a member Local Inquiry Committee and Chairman Squad Committee for Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

Ms. Neetu Udgirkar is as an Assistant Professor, MBA Department, Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Technology, Pune. She has been teaching postgraduate students and also actively involved in research. Her area of interest includes Training & Development, Performance Management System, Customer Relationships, Recruitment & Retention, Overall Development of Employees and Appraisal System.

Dr. Mrs. Smita Y. Jadhav is Trustee and Executive Director, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Society, Pune. She has a rich teaching experience. She is involved in various research activities related to the field of education. She has multiple research publications to her credit.
