Dr. Ramesh Sardar is working as an Associate Professor in School of Management Studies, KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon in Maharashtra. He has more than fifteen years of experience in teaching and research. He holds a Doctorate in Management and MBA degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. His research activities have been concentrated in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategic Management. He is also Member of Board of Studies.

Dr. Ganesh Waghmare is working as an Assistant Professor in Sri Balaji University Punes Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development, Pune in Maharashtra. He has more than eleven years of experience in teaching and research, and four years of corporate experience as well. He holds a Doctorate in Commerce and Management from KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and MBA degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He has cleared UGC-NET also. His research activities have been concentrated in the areas of General Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategic Management. Presently, he is Member of Board of Studies at Sri Balaji University, Pune and MIT ADT University, Pune. As far his academic credentials are considered, he has published several research articles in National and International journals.
