The National Education Policy, 2020 heralds new hopes, new inspirations, new vistas and new destination for Commerce and Management student community. In the fourth module, Directing and Communicating, Communication Barriers, Types of Communication; theories of Motivation and styles of leadership are lucidly portrayed.
Eventually, in the fifth module Coordination, Importance and Principles, Techniques of Control are covered. In the sixth Business Social Responsibility - Meaning, Arguments for and against Business Social Responsibility; Green management, Ethics in Business are systematically presented therein.
