Dr. Lakshminarayan K.S., M.Com., KSET, FC in HRD, Ph.D. is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce and Programme Officer for NSS in Sri Dharmashala Manjunathehwara College (Autonomous), Ujire., Kannada. He has graduated from Government College of Arts and Commerce, Hassan and post-graduated in Commerce from Hemagangotri, Post-Graduate Centre, Hassan, University of Maysore. He has to his credit FC in HRD from CLHRD, Mangalore and Ph.D. from Mysore University. He started his career in SDM College. Ujire and has a teaching experience of 13 years in Marketing, Banking. Management and Communication, HRM, HRD, Taxation and Accounting, He has completed one UGC-sponsored Minor Research Projects on Micro Finance.

He has Facilitators Certificate in HRD and trained several faculties and students. He has authored two books on "Agriculture Marketing" and "Principles and Practice of Tourism". He has Published several research papers in Peer-reviewed International Journals, and presented research papers in National and International seminars and conferences. In addition, he has guided several students research projects. He is also a resource person for various invited talks, leadership training programmers and faculty exchange programmes.
