Sushilkumar Gupta, is an Engineering Graduate in Construction Engineering with post qualification experience of over 25 years in the construction and Project Management of Projects like Metro Rail, Mono Rail, Railways, Bridges, Highways, Expressways and Infrastructure projects in and outside India. The author is practising Contracts from last 19 years. Besides above, the author has rich experience of over 8 years in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism. The author is also a Law Graduate and an Arbitrator.
