Dr. P. N. Udayachandra M.Com., Ph.D. is currently working as the Dean and Head of the Department of Commerce in Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College (Autonomous) Ujire. Dakshna Kannada. He has graduated from Canara College, Mangalore, post-graduated from Mangalore University and received Doctorate Degree from Mangalore University for the study - "Evaluation of Human Resources Accounting in Human Resource Management". In addition to this, he has more than three decades of teaching, training, research and administrative experience. He has conducted several careers guidance and leadership training programmes. He is also a Master Facilitator from AIM Insights. HRD Groups, Mangalore. He has presented several research papers in the National and International seminars. He is also a guest faculty for B-Schools and other developmental institutes.
