Dr. Ajay Gupta has diverse experience, including Indian Air Force, Banking, and Management Education. He is an Erasmus Mundus Fellow from the University of Milan, Italy. He holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Master in Management from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines.
Dr. Gupta has taught in T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, an AACSB, and the prestigious Management Institute in India. He is an invited faculty for many prestigious institutes like the University of British Columbia, Canada, IIM, TISS, NITIE, MNNIT, CRY, NIRT, Chennai, Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, BOB Apex Academy Gandhinagar, and National Law University, Delhi.
Dr. Gupta is a Professional ATLAS.ti, Senior Trainer and Consultant. He is currently a Professor of Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, and Business Research Methods at VES Business School. "Qualitative Methods and Data Analysis using ATLAS.ti: A Comprehensive Researchers Manual" is an upcoming book by Springer. Other upcoming book is "Corporate Demons", a book on Organisational Psychology.
