About The Author

Dr. Sanjay Bhattacharya, with multi-discipline academic background has ample experience in industry, academics, and international developmental organisation. He obtained his Master`s degree in Social Work from ISSW, Indore (India) and thereafter worked as Executive for a professionally managed Cement manufacturing company and later on joined as a Faculty in The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, Bhopal (India). He also took M.Phil. in Sociology, LL.B., and PG Diplomas in Labour Law and IR, and HRD from the Barkatullah University, Bhopal (India). He did his Ph.D. in the area of Training and Development from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Barkatullah University, Bhopal (India). He is the visiting faculty to various professional institutions and has successfully designed and conducted a wide range of training programs for Professional Institutions and GOs as well as NGOs.

Besides contributing papers to various national and international journals and developing course materials, in areas of Strategic Management, Organisational Development and Behaviour, Social Work Profession and Administration, Social Welfare Management and Development, Human Development and Globalisation, etc.; he has also authored five books which are widely acclaimed and presented papers at National level conferences. His research papers are accepted at International level conferences.

He is People and Culture professional, and founder member of National Association of Professional Social Workers in India. He is working for an international relief and development organisation.
