Text Book of Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a broadly recognized text on the subject primarily meant for D. Pharma students. About The Author

Dr. Bhawna Sharma is currently associated with Institute of Pharmacy, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. She received her Ph.D. (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHIATS), Allahabad. She has been teaching pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry and performing research work in the synthetic medicinal chemistry on new heterocyclic derivatives for over 16 years. She is working as a Member of Board of Studies (BOS)., at Institute of Pharmacy, Bundelkhand, Jhansi. She has guided several PG students in the department of Pharmaceutical sciences and also guiding Ph.D. Research Scholars. She has published several research and review articles in high impact factor National and International Journals and has one patent. Her major field of research interest involves synthesis of novel anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory and antitubercular drugs. She is a Life Member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI).

Dr. Upendra Kumar Sharma is an academician and researcher working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Pharmacy, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has completed his Ph.D. in (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHIATS), Allahabad. He has over 17 years of teaching and research experience in department of Pharmaceutics. In addition to Pharmaceutics, he has broad experience in teaching pharmaceutical chemistry subjects during previous years of his carrier as teacher. He has guided several PG students and Ph.D. Research Scholars in the department of Pharmaceutics. He has published several research and review papers based on formulations and Nano Science in high impact factor National and International Journals and has patents. He has previously authored two textbooks.
