About The Author

Dr. Adveta Gharat works as an Assistant Professor in D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University, School of Management, Navi Mumbai. She is having more than 9 years of teaching experience and entrepreneurial experience of more than 10 years and still counting. She is Ph.D. in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management. She also has a very practical approach in her teaching styles.

Dr. Adveta Gharat has published more than 17 research papers focusing on the various HR aspects. She has participated in various National and International Conferences. The highest impact factor scored so far is 8.1 in the International Journal of Management. Her versatile experience about internal quality enhancement initiatives helps her to enhance 360 degree quality upliftment of student-centric and participative management in teaching, learning and evaluation.

Dr. Alpha Lokhande holds a Doctoral degree in Management from an esteemed University, completed Masters programme in Human Resource and holds more than 12 Years of experience in Academics. She is presently engaged in service as an Assistant Professor with D.Y. Patil to be University, School of Management. She has expertise in teaching subjects related to Human Resource Management and General Management. Her industrial interaction comprises of corporate training for General Mills (Pillsbury). Having completed Diploma in Training and Development (ISTD), she accredits to conduct training for Government Organisations. She is a Visiting Faculty at Premium Institutions like Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Hinduja Hospital, Regenesys Business School. She is a Author of more than 26 research papers in various National and International Journals with ISSN number and impact factor. The highest impact factor scored so far is 7.92 in the International Journal of Management.
