About The Author

Dr. Mahesh Dilip Auti (M.Com., SET, M.Phil., Ph.D., B.Ed. and GDC&A) is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department - Commerce and Vice Principal in Gokhale Education Societys Shri Bhausaheb Vartak Arts, Commerce and Science College, Borivali (West), Mumbai – 400091 (Maharashtra-India). He has a total 15 years teaching experience in Senior College. He presented the papers in various international, national and state level seminars and conferences and published several research papers in reputed research journals and conference proceedings. He published several articles on Personality Development and Management Skills in Daily Gavkari, Nashik. He authored a book entitled as Zep Yashoshikhrakade and published by Diamond Publications, Pune. He worked as the Coordinator and Organising Secretary of various seminars and conferences at the college, state, national and international level and played a vital role in organising the same. He also worked as the Executive Editor and Associate Editor of various research journals and conference proceedings. He organized many seminars and activities like Lecture Series and Commerce and Management Week for the development of students. He delivered lectures on various topics in numerous colleges. He is a Life Member of Gokhale Education Society, Nashik and other institutions like Maharashtra Council of Educational Administration and Management, Pune; Sarvajanik Vachanalaya, Nashik; and Sanskrit Bhasha Sabha, Nashik.
