Prof. Rajashree K. Gethe is presently working as an Assistant Professor at Pune Institute of Business Management. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. She is having overall 9 years of experience out of which 4 years of industry and 5 years of teaching experience. Currently, she published 4 SCOPUS indexed, 1 ABDC Category and UGC Research papers in international level journals. Her areas of interest are: Research Methodology, HR Operations, HR Audit, HR Policies, etc.

Dr. Rajasshrie Pillai is presently working as a Professor, Dean - Research and Development, HOD - HR, at Pune Institute of Business Management. She is currently pursuing post-doctoral from IIT Kharagpur. She is having overall 20 years of experience. She is certified trainer by Indian Society of Training and Development. She has published 20+ research papers in SCOPUS indexed and ABDC indexed international level journals. Her main areas of interest are : HR Analytics, Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management.
